EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES
Both early arrival and late departures are subject to availability and on request basis only.
CANCELLATION:
Flexible Daily Rate – can cancel free of charge 24 hours the day before arrival.
Non-refundable Rate – In order to offer you this special price please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible.
If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION
When you check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification.
If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation.
DEPOSIT POLICY
$1000 security deposit is required for direct reservations.
