Services we provide
Our accommodations are fully furnished and self-contained to have a feel of a home. Which includes bedrooms, open plan living/dining, outdoor resting areas, kitchen, laundry facilities, swimming pool etc. as per the property description. Our clients deserve high level of privacy and comfortable accommodations. Therefore, unlike standard hotels, we do not provide room service or cleaning during the guests stay. However, we provide Cooks, House Keepers and Drivers on demand on extra fee for those who would like to spend bit more and have high level of luxury. Only in Bentota Summit Villa, we are providing a classic 4×4 Jeep together with a person with cooking, driving and housekeeping capabilities without additional charge as it is being a large colonial house for those who deserve high-end holidays.
Our “Coral Village” Hikkaduwa being developed with shopping and restaurant facilities for the 10nos. of 4bed and 1bed beach side villas. All other villas located in walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets.
The Types and Definitions
The rental accommodation definitions are very different from country to country or hotel to hotel and our guests are coming from all around the world.
Cabana – Cabanas classified as a small hut with a bedroom, attached bathroom and small veranda. It doesn’t have a private cooking facility.
Villa – The word “Villa” is taking us back to ancient Rome. In Roman history, upper class country houses were usually called Villas. Today, the “villa” often refers to any size vacation rental property throughout the world and we stick to the same concept. However, our “Maple Villa” in Brisbane and “The Summit” in Sri Lanka are somewhat similar to its original definition.
So, we are referring a villa as complete private property including bedrooms, living/ dining rooms, kitchen etc. for those who deserve high level of privacy and comfort. Contrary to the above, generally in Sri Lanka, people call villas as boutique hotels or motels, where rooms to let with sharing common areas and facilities.
Tiny House – Tiny Houses generally classified as small dwellings of approx 100 to 400 Sq. Ft. floor area permanently on ground or on wheels. On ground tiny houses have the character and functionality of a permanent house and are fixed to the land, as opposed to tiny houses on wheels, which are built on trailers. However, Tiny Houses are not the right choice for someone looking for a very high level of comfortness.
