Non-refundable Rate – In order to offer you this special price please be aware that no changes or cancellations are possible. 

If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION

When you check-in, you may be asked to provide photographic identification. Specifically in Sri Lanka, it is illegal to provide accommodation for those who doesn’t have identification documents. We do not provide accommodations for under aged people, unless the booking is made by their parents or legal guardians.  

If you are unable to provide such identification, your reservation may be cancelled and you may be liable to pay us an amount equal to the full reservation amount plus any other costs incurred by us in connection with your reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

You are required to keep security deposit as most of our accommodations are self managing, which means there is no reception or security staff. Deposit amount varies with the complexity of the accommodation and the booking method. We may exempt security deposit for the bookings through reliable companies. 

Maple Villa – Brisbane

AUD 1000 security deposit is required for direct reservations. 

AUD 500 security deposit for the reservations through Booking.com. However, the guest request self check-in, we ask to increase the deposit by AUD 500 

AUD 0 security deposit for the reservations through Airbnb, Stayz etc. (as these sites taking care of our risk involved)

Sky House – Brisbane

AUD 500 security deposit is required for direct reservations.
